I have been trying to find this mysterious legendary hard to locate dive bar for years. Last night while stumbling about the Chitose bar district I found it and it was open! I climbed the tiny steep dangerous steps up to the 2F while carefully holding onto a rope and was very happy I arrived. Very cozy, decor ala vintage pirate, cool art, beautiful view of the river, nice people, staff & customers. I look forward to going back.
