札幌のシンボルでもある大通公園・テレビ塔を背景に置いた創成川公園で参加費無料の青空ヨガイベントを行います。
ここ札幌で、ヨガの団体、スタジオ、流派の垣根を越えて、国連によって定められた記念日である「国際ヨガDAY」その特別な日に年齢、性別、国籍関係なく、一緒にヨガを楽しみましょう♪

【はじめてさんの夏の俳句講座】

2回目の開催です！
みなさんで夏の俳句に挑戦します。
女流俳人の 瀬戸 優理子 (Yuriko Seto)先生から
夏の俳句について解説していただきながら、俳句の世界を学んでいきます。
俳句ってちょっと、敷居高くないですか？
もっと気軽に楽しく、言葉遊びとしての日本文化に触れてみる。
ここをコンセプトに夏の句に絞って学んでいきます。
難しいことは、しません。
させません。
「俳句ってこういうものなんだ！！」
ここを目標に、1時間半、俳句の世界飛び込んでみたいと思っています。
そして、もちろんこの夏講座。
春・夏とつなげてきまして、この講座だけに留まるつもりはありません。
秋の句、冬の句まで続いて行く予定です。
はじめてさん大歓迎です。
もちろん、前回いらしてくださったリピーターさんもぜひ！
また、楽しくおしゃべりしながら、俳句をたしなんでみたいと思っています。

The YOSAKOI Soran Festival first came about when in 1992, the clappers used in the original Yosakoi Festival from Kochi Prefecture was adapted into Hokkaido’s traditional folk song “Soran Bushi”. Clothed in brightly colored outfits, the dancers beat their clappers to the melody of Soran Bushi, dancing in a spirited and dynamic way. The energy from their dances permeates through the streets, creating a lively atmosphere.
The uniqueness of the YOSAKOI Soran Festival lies in the originality of the dances performed. There are only two rules to follow –
1. To have clappers in your hands as you dance and;
2. To include a phrase from Soran Bushi in your song

Hokkaido Seafood Fair in Niseko
From 3 to 25 February, the Hokkaido Federation of Fisheries is providing selected Niseko area restaurants with some of Hokkaido’s most famous seafood ingredients, and these restaurants will be churning out signature dishes for the duration of the festival.
Find salmon, scallops, shrimps and kelp from the pristine oceans of the north in a huge variety of dishes during this time. This year’s special seafood creations range from creamy seafood soup, hot pots, tempura to gnocchi and salads. The lineup of restaurants covers a huge range from Western to Japanese, local izakaya pubs to fine dining establishments, so there is sure to be something for every palate and budget.
These new dishes will be on the menu for a strictly limited time, with each restaurant holding limited servings of their chosen ingredient – so be sure to call ahead not to miss out.
